TyRex Founders Day 2014

Now enjoying their 20th year in business together, TyRex founders John Bosch, Jr. and Andrew Cooper show their appreciation to employees through the annual Founders Day Celebration. This event seeks to honor employees who exemplify the six Diamond Disciplines throughout the year: Prosperity to Longevity, Employee Well-Being, Community Citizenship, Entrepreneurship at Every Position, Professionalism, and Imagination and Innovation. This year marked the seventh annual TyRex Founders Day Celebration.

To kick off each new year, the entire TyRex Technology Family joins together under one roof to celebrate its birthday as part of the annual Founders Day Celebration. On this day, the companies, groups and individuals who make TyRex special are acknowledged and recognized for representing those Diamond Discipline business principles that define our special business foundation. While the goal of our organization is to produce quality products and services which exceed the expectations of our customers, a huge part of the success experienced by TyRex over the past 20 years goes far beyond high-quality custom cable assemblies, fiber optic connectors, product life cycle management or reliability testing – the key to the longevity of TyRex is the firm belief that good people (the Right People) are our most valuable asset.

Special guests, family members and every single TyRex employee gathered yet again in 2014 to honor those good people, to catch up on all the exciting programs the TyRex companies have continued to develop, and to reaffirm the beliefs that make us a family.
